Help! Need to transfer ownership of a thread from one user to another.

I am from NEM and we have our thread on BTT.  It is up to almost 1000 pages but the member of our team that created the thread, Xtester, is taking a break from crypto for personal reasons.  That leaves us in a dilemma, we really want to maintain control of the thread and be able to update the OP, but we can't really, so right now Xtester just put some simple generic thing in the OP which is pretty weak. 

Our team has made the user name "New Economy Movement" on BTT and want the thread transferred over to that user.   How can we go about doing this?

Contact an admin and they should be able to do it. Mprep might be able to do it in some way also. This also belongs in Meta. You can move it bottom left.

mprep could split the thread but AFAIK can't merge.
