This takes us to step 2 (assuming Jay does not show up in the near future)
which is a planned, systematic takeover - Determining a mission,
road map, name change, new look, marketing campaign, etc.

Woody might be willing to do this...
But he can not and will not do this on his own.
So anybody who wants to join for a take over please send a pm to Woody or post a reply in this forum.
ALSO please post any ideas you might have what we could or should do !

Here are some :
We need a development fund, with this we can pay for a coder or pay for other tasks.
Besides from a new wallet we need an external block explorer/info site.

Determining a mission ( or purpose ).
Here is were I fail, the best I can come up with would be "Stake and Pay".

Securing the block chain, if I take my wallet off line the chain would stall instantly !!
This is what you can AND should do :
Create stacks of around 10 coins, each stack on a separate address.
The more addresses the better, I have 64 adds.
Doing this prevents the wallet from re-combining many small stacks into a few big ones.
No need for manual creating or re-combining stacks anymore.
Let it run for 24/7, and enjoy your pop corn or drink while you see your rewards coming in.
Also the wallet will stake more efficient, less coin age destroyed.

I also did so and there were no connections. Until I threw a file peers in the fury folder.

If you only get 1 connection you most likely can not receive any incoming connection.
Make sure you use the default port, do not change it !

I have my wallet off line right now, playing with linux.
Strange that you only get 1 connection.
What is your 1st part of debug file ?
Did you run a connection test to check if your port is open ?
