You're both right.

The bounty is still on, and if you hit it multiple times (without running a bot), you will be paid multiple times. The payout on this is not automatic because we have to confirm that it wasn't won with the use of a bot.

What is the maximum withdrawal rate in your site? I want to withdraw half of my bounty (20mbtc) but I got error message :
