Its good bet I am also going with this because Chile is good and can do 2 or more goals and in reply Peru also can do 1 goal

in a normal game , yes its safe I guess to go with 2.5 between these two teams with Chile being the winner but since its a semi final match ,Peru is going to have a tight defense but still Chile will be the winner but probably by a close score , maybe just 2.0 at most

The odds was actually not high but it is decent. Chille will be going on offensive and I suspect there will be lot of goals throughout the match but on the other hand Peru is much likely just a "lucky" team to get this far and their luck might run out soon and expecting team to score is beat odd .Instead of betting on both team to score at the odds of 2.x , it will be much better to bet goal over 2.5 , Chille - 1 or Chille to score in both halves and the odds for that is over 2 as well

P.S : I may be skeptical on Peru but I do think Chille will dominate this match easily as this could be a one sided match.

Not an easy game for Chile, although they have big advantage because Peru only played with 10 players since 20th minute.

Referess will always slightly favour the host nation just like they will always favour home teams slightly in any normal league football.  Perhaps when you are in a country with millions of passionate football fans you want to do a good job for them for fear of retaliation.   Its possible with international games the ref bias is accentuated due to borders.  In the womens world cup we've seen the same thing with canada getting favoured heavily.
