Like I said, it is quite hard to do that with a website.. He cannot simply "own" it for a while.
I have proof of profits from domain name too, why not?
You want to transfer the website to the escrow? You want him to own the domain? You still can hold the website on it's own by yourself..
And the website needs your footages in order to generate income.. There's no way to make sure you keep sending quality footages to the escrow in order to remain an income. And besides that, I don't think any escrow is willing to take such deal with such collateral unfortunately.
