Hello everyone, today we begun beta testing of PhotoBTC, a place where you can buy/sell your photos and illustrations for Bitcoin.
Advantages for the Sellers:
-Receives more royalties than conventional marketplaces
-Receives the sales in Bitcoin and can be withdrawn as soon as the transaction is confirmed
-No Exclusivity

Advantages for the Buyers:
-No subscriptions
-No registration needed
-Buy only what you need

Referrers receive 20% of the fees paid on the sales (part of useCryptos Affiliate Program).

Requirements (FOR SELLERS)
Be at least 18 years of age
Be the exclusive author of every file you upload
Own or have authorization for all the rights to the elements represented in your files (e.g. products, people, property)
You must register an account at useCryptos
Your account must have been confirmed (by clicking the link included in the confirmation email)
You must have sent your Full Name, Birth Date and Address in the verification area

We know that there's much more to do so we can have a nice product to put it mainstream, and everything should be ready in the next few days.

Now, we're looking for Photographers/Illustrators/Designers that are interested in publishing their materials and provide us feedback on the project.

As an artist who just draws for a hobby but would interested in earning a bit through freelance means I approve of this idea.

I would say open up the market for all Artists, photographers and graphic designers alike.

Yes, it is open to artists as well. I'm not sure if the category organization is ok for artistic publications, but i think this is something we will going to evolve using people's feedbacks.

-Thumbnails are no longer required for posting photos and illustrations, they will be re-sized from the original file.
-Dynamic thumbnail sizes on the Home, Category and Search pages.
-Category samples on the Category page
-Popover full image on searches
-Search improvements
-Upload improvements

It looks great! On the page following the upload I would change "You also would like to share the image for free, for noncommercial use?" to "Would you also like to share the image for free, noncommercial use?" Also, when I click the send button on the last page it returns a success message, but the photo isn't added to my profile or dashboard. I've found it under "My Uploads" pending verification. I would suggest linking to the uploads page next to the success alert.

Are there free, public domain images available on the site?  I use pixabay often (which provides public domain images) and you probably could get more traffic if you provided free images every so often.
