I've sent some coins through but have not received them at my wallet after 24hrs.
I have the letter of guarantee, just PM me.
I've sent two emails in regards to this with no response. Is this service still running?
EDIT - Admins got back with me and fixed the issue. The bitcoin rush is still massive which would make sense for the delay. No worries!

Hey guys,
I'm really upset about your service.
I've tried it two times and send my coins to the specified address.
Everything went well until I've checked the address from where I got my coins back: It's your receiving address which sent my coins back to me. For this service I've paid about 1000$??
I can generate by my own an address where I randomly send my coins. It's the same anonymity as your service except I don't have to pay 1000$, just the tx fees.
At least I want back my service fees!
Edit: By the way: Your service not accepts bc... addresses. I had to generate an old address to use it, so I have to send my coins again...

HELP! I sent the bitcoins to the site with my first wallet. I set the delay for 18 hours to be received on my second wallet. On my first wallet the coins are shown to be successfully sent, but on the Participation page, it still says (after 18 hours passed already now) that it awaits confirmation. Please, can I get help?  I have the transaction log on my wallet and the Letter of Guarantee itself. |

Used it for the first time recently. The service is great and the support is perfect!  I had a problem with using the service and the team helped me sort it out. Keep in mind that if you get problems with getting bitcoins sent to their site, it might be because you didn't send enough bitcoins. 10/10 |

Same issue, same day. Mixed some coins yesterday with a 2hour delay, never reached my wallet on the other side. Tried to reach out via email, no answer. Cannot pm here. Any other having this issue? Can someone from coinmixer reach out?

Regarding your last posts, I'd like to tell you that the coinmixer staff is usually very busy, and that they might take some days before they canr each to you to solve your problems.
This is not an official statement since I don't work for them anymore.
Also note that sometimes websites with similar domain name appear, and that you should double check you are using coinmixer.se rather than the scam site
