Steam accounts are far too easy to be taken back and could possibly be hacked. You might be able to sell it, but never at that price and with no rep.
How can you get them back with no email or password?

Provide the following information:
1. Steam account name for hijacked account
2. The original contact e-mail for the account
3. Select “Account Questions” as the category and “Hijacked or Stolen Account” as the subcategory.
4. Proof of purchase for the account
Proof of purchase is retail CD key pics or online payment info (CC numbers, PayPal info). It is impossible for buyer to be completely safe because the account will always have Steam-sanctioned backdoors that only you know, and that can never be closed.
