There is a slight numbering mistake in your post.

Multiple threads is allowed if those threads serve different purposes. IMHO second and fourth are valid.

the first one got locked as soon as someone shouted SCAM ALERT   Tongue so it's probably okay.

if it's not okay then give it some time and a mod will probably delete it. it was just made yesterday

The first thread was locked by most likely the OP when he realized that he will need a self moderated thread for his scam and he then created a self moderated thread in order to delete posts advising possible victims of his scam.

There is only one active/unlocked thread so IMO it should be okay. It would also be okay if someone else created an unmoderated thread about that thread. Also, I think it is pretty rare that duplicate threads get moved to the trashcan when there is a number of replies but would rather get locked.
