waiting since yesterday for my LR from aurumxchange

i sent them an mtgox usd redeem code, they redeemed it, but never sent the LR,

their support is also offline

any advice? do they have a phone number?  Huh
Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

just write them a ticket, aurumexchange has never let me down (besides the sudden cancellation of the debit cards...)

i wrote a ticket yesterday, still no reply Sad

the funds were taken from me by mtgox usd, but i did not got the LR,

anyway, they say they will reply within 24 hours, so i guess i need to wait several more hours.
