Nothing is impossible when you have a great luck  , I won one of 99bitcoins giveaway in January. At that time I had no more than 25entries, but I was so lucky and won $50 in bitcoin. In other giveaway, I had more than 100entries but I did not win...

I think they have given away more than $250 this year, you can check on their site. They have listed the winners of each giveaway (one of them should be me) LOL

How can you say that the prize is pretty small? you do need need to do anything else except subscribe your email to get the chance to win €22 in Bitcoins, so it is worth enough IMO.
