YES, the paypal account of colleague will be used as collateral since, i donot have sufficient fund in my account.So, we decided to use HIS account.

I'm sorry about the consistent use of $$$ instead of BTC. It's due to the fact that bitcoins has unstable exchange rate and the total sum left to buy these stock is $1000 that is about 888 euro. dated 17.06.2015

So, in bitcoins that is about 3,912  BTC  in accordiance to Preev.com exchange rate dated 17.06.2015,wednesday

well, so if account is unverified, again - it is not valid collateral. I don't want to discourage you or something, but after all you posted here, I'll be very surprised, if somebody lend you money.

Actually he is trying to sell limited paypal acc. He don't understand what is the meaning of collateral.
