Able to choose with pages to view in a topic

Pretty simple.  I know that there is an option to view "all" posts on a topic if there are less than x number of pages on the topic (correct?).
Could we have an option to choose which pages we want to view in a topic?  If we want to search up a certain post in a 50 paged-topic, it would be quite annoying to go from page to page (it'll be especially annoying if we don't know the exactly time of posting, or date of posting, and it is a very active topic).

Please consider this.

@monbux: In the meantime, why don't you use search? AFAIK if you are using forum search while you are viewing a thread, the search will be limited to that specific thread.

Regarding the feature, it still would be nice to have.

I always ask people to add poll on those stuff so we see how much people are supporting the idea and also theymos & badbear take their decision based on that .
for me I totally agree ,it would be nice to have a ComboBox with the numbers of pages on the topic near "reply" button or something . +1 from em

IMHO the best way to search within a long thread is to use the print view. It might take a bit to load initially, but you can do several quick searches once its loaded.
