I answered this in the other thread you had, but I'll cross-post it here:

There is a cash deposit method in New Zealand.  Is there a Westpac bank nearby to you?  That would be a good option for you .. .simply walk in, hand over the deposit ticket from BitNZ, pay cash.  Boom, done.

If you don't have a Westpac near to you, you can still set start the order, and then send the deposit ticket to a friend, relative, coworker, or someone else who will deposit cash for you and does have one nearby.  You then send money to this party that helps you via PayPal.

Totally different subject, ive got 20USD - looking to trade for btc...

This is becoming very difficult, just to get 20USD exchanged for btc lol.....

Kinda getting to the point of giving up and not accepting btc in business if its this hard to get btc via paypal... as many people will.

I think it is obvious why it is "hard to get btc via paypal".
Its not difficult if you use the widely accepted transfer methods.

As a web host (assuming that is what you are from your signature) you should know the implications of paypal chargebacks. if not, you probably haven't been in business long enough.

Lastly, its not even worth it.
