Unlike traditional banking where clients have only a few account numbers, with Bitcoin people can create an unlimited number of accounts (addresses). This can be used to easily track payments, and it improves anonymity.

It is at 2718m elevation and only reachable by foot after a ~3h alpin hike - and we accepted bitcoin.

How, ... Satphone?

Or does mobile data signal reach?

Looks like a beautiful place in the mountains.
Good to hear more places accepting bitcoins, didn't expect you to get any reception up there.
I've always had trouble when skiing in some of the more tourist locations, let alone going off the beaten track.
