"In a nutshell, the network works like a distributed timestamp server, stamping the first transaction to spend a coin. It takes advantage of the nature of information being easy to spread but hard to stifle." -- Satoshi

I've given up any hope of it going anywhere (getting any funds back)... But would love to know what ever did happened...  I can't believe how long it has been going on for!

Anyone know where this ended up?    This is just curiosity at this point.

I have done a little googling and found this:  https://casetext.com/case/gordon-v-zachary-dailey-lab-rat-data-processing-llc-2       Which shows court proceedings were still ongoing as the court denied Zachary's motion to dismiss the claim.   Not sure what happened after that.

It also looks like the lab_rat account continued posting in 2018 and looked to be promoting some sort of crypto currency operation.   Not sure what that is all about: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=70379;sa=showPosts    Is Labryan Ratcliff = Zachary Dailey?

I haven't heard or found anything on it any newer than what you have.  The only document I've seen that has a newer date on is this https://ccrjustice.org/sites/default/files/attach/2019/04/75%20Ps'%20Reply%20in%20Supp.%20Motion%20to%20Amend%202019.02.13.pdf but there is no new information on it.  I was never in direct contact with the plaintiffs but Brandon Gordon might be the only way to get an update.
Zach hasn't really responded to anyone that new him before he started Lab Rat Mining since things really started going south.
