I am selling one of my projects (http://orcahub.com). In just a few months the growth has been exponential and still going. It gets around $40-50 a day in ad money alone. Which is about $1,500 a month. That is completely autopilot, it also can sell licenses. This can make $5,000/Mo alone but requires you to send them a key. It's really easy but takes about 1-2 minutes per sale ($10-$500).
