Why support never answers?

I have like 50000 views daily and 600 unique clicks daily divided by 5 ad banners.

I'm getting only 0.0025 per day in average for each ad banner. How is it so incredibly low?

Firstly this thread isn't a support system, so we don't monitor it all the time. If you have a support question then it is much more effective to email support@mellowads.com

However to try to address your question...
You have quoted daily views and unique clicks but these are both irrelevant to calculating the network pool share that you are paid each day. For that we only take into consideration your UNIQUE VIEWS relative to those supplied by all the other ad spaces in the network.

As an example: yesterday (2015-11-22) the total network pool amount was 1.5660 BTC - 90% of this used to pay out to publishers = 1.4094 (the other 10% is the Mellow Ads network fee)
The total of the unique views supplied by each of the active ad spaces was 4,885,734
So simply dividing 1.4094 by 4,885,734 equals 29 satoshi per unique view. This means that each ad space is paid 29 satoshi per unique view for yesterday.
If as you say you received 0.0025 for each of your ad spaces then that means they must have provided around 8,620 unique views yesterday (0.0025 / 0.00000029 = 8620)
Is this what you are seeing on your ad space stats?
If so then the system is working correctly. Otherwise let me know your account ref or ad space ref and I will investigate it further (either post it here or email to support@mellowads.com)

Please let me know your email address or account ref - either by private message or preferably email to support@mellowads.com - and I will look into for you. I'm not aware of any other login problems so it might be something specific to your environment (device/os/browser)

These have been removed now, and the accounts suspended.

I am looking for an ad network to use, can anyone give me any decent information regarding mellow ads? From what I am reading here it sounds like the payout is low and many people have to take extra steps to withdraw payments. Maybe these forum posts are isolated incidences? Maybe not?

I never had a problem with Mellow Ads. I successfully withdraw everyday since day one. Earnings are better than Bitmedia's for example. I'm a publisher.
