Good day, fellow members of the community!

As some of you may know, I belong to the new-found DigitalNote (XDN) Foundation. Over the past couple of weeks the Foundation was conducting a fundraising campaign to secure financial resources for its further marketing activities. By the end of the run we have managed to collect 61.1 million XDN, which roughly equals to $12,000, according to the current market exchange rate.

To be able to use it for marketing, and other activities needed to promote the DigitalNote coin, first we need to exchange the collected funds into a more liquid currency - Bitcoin. However, this is a major stake, when compared to the market volume and the Foundation cannot allow itself to harm the coin's exchange rate by selling such amounts at the open market.

To prevent that, we have decided to put the collected funds up for auction. Here's what's on offer:

A lot of 20,000,000 XDN at a starting price of 70 satoshi per 1 XDN, which amounts to 14 BTC for the whole lot. (First bid was made by the user hodlbananas in this post: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1072773.msg11643585#msg11643585)

Everyone who wants to take part in this auction are welcome to leave their bids in this thread. The price increment is 7 satoshi per coin and the auction will last until 11:35 UTC 20th of June, upon which moment the lot will be transferred to the highest bidder at the time and the second lot will be put up for auction.

Thank you all for your attention, feel free to go ahead and place your bids.

Hey everyone. The auction was closed at 11:35 UTC with the last bid made by the user DuckToshi. The first lot of 20 million XDN is sold for 18 BTC at a price of 90 satoshi per XDN.

We'll discuss the process of transfer via PM and after the deal is done, we will start an auction for the second lot.

Hello guys.

Unfortunately, I have to announce that we'll have to close the auction and annul it's results. This is caused by an enormous number of complaints we have received, regarding the way in which we have organized, communicated and conducted the auction.

I will provide more details in the Foundation thread here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1072773.

Please stay tuned, and sorry for the confusion!
