The spots I'm looking to replace is the google add that appears with the captcha, or the coinurl ad above the 'submit(click)' button. I am looking to replace this ASAP. This is a prime spot that all the 'tradition' faucet users will see. Most traffic to faucetfm.com goes to use the traditional faucet, where they have the chance of winning up to 120k satoshi. If you want an ads else where that can also be arranged.

Medium rectangle (300 x 250)
Large rectangle (336 x 280)
These will be time based ads, I will never take your ad down prematurely but dont be surprised if your ad is there for longer than intended

GEOTARGET ADSI can target your ads via IP, so if you want your ads to only show to certain regions that is possible, great for faucet owners who dont want certain questionable traffic *coughRussian ahem*.
If you want geo target ads. There is not a reduced price due to lower pageviews but you are welcome to partner up with others to meet the bounty. e.g. Someone wants UK traffic, another all but UK traffic then 1 could pay 1/3 the other 2/3rds, something along those lines anyway.
