The contents of the provably fair tab do not give a player necessary information to verify that each roll is independently randomized. This was elaborating on above and he's correct.

I played from 1Push2GTT29vao3N2tXP7bm74wBiSS59iT. I apologize, it was 5 continous 0.1x bets. Still. All increasing size too. Just seemed weird and that's when I noticed your provably fair tab.

Please note I'm not accusing you of cheating at this point, I'm merely saying that your provably fair tab does not provide adequate info to verify games.

The website is in beta so maybe we have not described how provably fair work here. But It working perfectly. Bets are randomized using server seed which is common for all bets and changed every day(revealed next day - which most other trusted casinos also do) and transaction ID which are themselves random. Using those a random number is generated using this algo http://pachinko.games-bit.com/algo.txt

This random number determines in which pocket ball will land. Once you have this random number you can go to provably fair tab and enter that number in roll results and click simulate to verify your ball landed in same pocket as bet.

If you want to see server seed of earlier date you can click on date after select date and you will see calendar and you can select any date before current day and the server secret for that day will be revealed.

I will post a video to demonstrate how to check provably fair and how to play.
Hope this helps
thanks

^ Your work is impressive. Work done.

Your quote above is EXACTLY why I do what I do. Because almost no one actually LOOKS at the provably fair tab, and actually tries to understand it.

Sadly, the term "almost" could be removed there.
I mean, 999dice started in Dec 2013 but no one check how their so-called provably fair system works in details, until you did that in Feb 2015.

Well, I try to never talk in absolutes, so I said almost. (Ha! See what I did there?)

And not to get off topic, but wanted to reply to you here for anyone who saw your post - the DANGER in some of these sites is that the thieves are tricky and very smart people. 999dice IS provably fair, it always was. They could ALWAYS prove it. The problem was that to be fair, you had to let them know before you made the roll that you'd be checking this one (by clicking the 'show me my seed' button). When the cops call before they come over, chances are good the burglar won't be anywhere in sight.

Sites that have a very clever provably fair system - but are not - are even more dangerous. Its why I look, hard, at these sites that appear here.

The "what does the number mean" question isn't the only issue here. The site never shows a hash of the seed. He claims it's irrelevant because if he changed it it would invalidate all other bets.

Yeah, well, given what we've already shown, how many people are checking EVERY SINGLE ONE of their previous bets? All this site needs to do is tamper with the seed for one roll. Since it changes with every bet, AND you are never allowed to see it until the next day - what do you think the chances are of anyone successfully verifying it on their own - not using the on-page tool?

I've said it before and I'll say it again: If you're honest, and your trusability is called into question, WHY in gods name are you arguing that you don't need to show the server seed? WHY are you not just putting it in clear view somewhere? Why are you trying to convince players they don't need to see it?

Mr. provable fair expert if you might have read his earlier reply carefully and if this thing enters your shitty brain you can see he had explained with is 6.172. Its the random number generated by client seed and server seed which has to be used to simulate the roll to see where your balls are dropping...

Mr. Paid shill for the gambling site: Are you ACTUALLY telling me that you'd be comfortable depositing and gambling 1 BTC of your own coin, based on purely the EXPLANATION that 6.172 is "used to simulate the roll" and you have NO problem with that? You believe that an explanation with no math or actual proof to back it up qualifies as provably fair? In your educated opinion, the websites that show a server seed hash, show the math used, and base your result on a number which has actual meaning a normal person can understand, are all completely wasting their time, because "trust us when we say 6.172 means a loss" is proof that they aren't ripping you off?

Seriously?

And you are the same guy who posted "pussy pussy is good blah blah" in chatbox and then this site is dangerous. Are you paid? to do that?

When I looked at your account I saw you posting shit in every casino's website lol.

I extend the offer to you as well. 10 BTC to you - I'll even let Dooglus - someone whom I know can be trusted, hold it in escrow to show you I am serious - if you can show me a post in a casino's thread where I am "posting shit" that I cannot back up, to Dooglus's satisfaction, with verifiable, mathematical FACT. Do that and the 10 are yours.

And posts I make ranting at - someone help me out here - what's the word for someone who was once ignorant, but has since been given knowledge (indisputable knowledge - math - not opinion or "soft" science/theory) which they absolutely refuse to believe. They aren't ignorant anymore, they are intentionally ignoring it? Anyway, blindfold on closed minded steal my money please individuals in a thread, AFTER I have stated my case for provable fairness, do not count. Yes, I will give liars, theives, cheats, and bonehead ignoramuses shit if they try and convince others that my pointing out the truth is in some way a poly on my part to damage the casino. I don't play that game.

But I would love to see where I am, without fact backing my claims, giving casinos shit. I welcome the deafening silence of your non-reply.

If I need a tool, on your site, that is proprietary code, and cannot do it independently with "clean" trustable sources, then I am sorry, that is NOT provably fair. And your continued insistence that you don't need to show a server seed hash isn't helping you win any trust.

That link to the algo is the first time I've seen it, and I don't see it anywhere on the site either. The verification page you claimed it was on does not exist, or is not linked to anywhere public that I can see.

I already told you that if you select a date before current date you can see the server seed. I think you have it in mind to prove that the website is rigged and you are not able to understand the explanations which is given again and again. Server seed is not at all hidden. Its revealed next day. No one ever said regarding no need of showing server seed. And if you have trouble understanding words and explanation a video will be posted soon.

10 Bitcoin. $2450 in US dollars. All yours. Simply back your claim that I'm extorting money and trashing good sites. See, if I had a valid claim, and someone offered me 10 BTC to prove my valid claim, I'd be proving it, instead of posting shill comments.

The fact you are claiming that I'm the idiot for not understanding, and you (and others with a "brain") understand the provably fair works, when I am, actually using fact to show it is not, is the most sad, depressing, and somewhat hilarious thing I've read all week.

sbankerdemon: I will pay you 10 bitcoin to back your claim. I will put it into escrow with a trusted member of the community.

I've backed my claim with fact. Your turn.

Anyone concerned with the website not being provably fair please watch this video carefully before commenting.

https://www.youtube.com/embed/QJDeufEfq40

@sbankerdemon please no trash language here

@keepinquite please check the video. Hope it helps you to understand how to verify bets. There is no propriety tool the verify bets. The algorithm is already published on our website to verify bets manually.

So you don't want 10 bitcoin, or were you making shit up when you basically said I'm an extortionist and a liar?

So as I see it - you either do not want 10 free bitcoin, or you admit I have a point about the site's provable fairness.

Or - third option, you can ignore this and make another insult. Which, as we all know, overrides everything sensible, right?

insulting is usually a sign of defensiveness in an argument, but that aside, 10 BTC does sound incredibly tempting, no idea where to start on that though.

theres nothing here. message me if you want to put something here.

A video showing how to put a number into your own tool does nothing to prove fairness. The fact your hashed server seed is NOT shown, and after me pointing it out more than 5 times, you continually deflecting and insisting it does not need to be, just screams "We have no intention of fairness."

Showing the seed would take 2 minutes of code. You've spent more time than that trying to convince everyone you don't need to, when EVERY SINGLE provably fair gambling site online does it.

But, hey, trust you, right?

Did you even watched the video carefully?Huh If you will watch the full video you will see that the server seed is shown, and the algo is published and bets are verified manually not with our tool

The code to verify bets is here http://pachinko.games-bit.com/algo.txt

Code:
// Want to compare manually? Enter following values in a PHP script accordingly:

$server_seed = ""; // server seed
$client_seed = ""; // client seed
$hash = hash_hmac('sha512', $server_seed, $client_seed);
$index = 0;
$start = $index * 5;
$end = 5;
$sub = substr($hash, $start, $end);
$roll = intval($sub, 16);
while($roll >= 1000000){
$index++;
$start = $index * 5;
$end = 5;
$sub = substr($hash, $start, $end);
$roll = intval($sub, 16);
if($roll >= 1000000){
if($index * 5 + 5 > 128){
$roll = 99.9999;
}
} else {
break;
}
}
$roll %= 10000;
$roll /= 1000;

echo "<br>Server Hash: " . hash('sha256', $server_seed);
echo "<br>Roll Result: " . number_format($roll, 3);

But for that you need to watch the full video. I think your sole intention is to prove that you are right and I am wrong. I already stated that many times that server seed is revealed and you verify bets manually with above code but I think you do not even read the replies before posting here.

Again you have to watch full video to understand whats going on as you were unable to understand with words.

Hi all, there was an error in the provably fair display tab, no secrets or previous results were displayed before. This has been fixed and currently the PV is working as intended.

To verify that a roll has been fair, select a date. This will fill in the server's secret of that date in the Server Secret field. Then select or insert a txid in the Client Secret field. When you click Verify, a number will show up. Then, when you click simulate, it will use this number to simulate the roll.

For more information on how this number is calculated, please click the "Get Algorithm" link.

Feel free to ask any questions. Suggestions to improve are also welcome Smiley

The numbers shown in the "statistics" tab or when I hover my mouse over the pockets, are just the number of actual occurrence divided by total bets played.
I would like to know where I can find the expected probabilities of the coin landing at each of the pockets, so to calculate the house edge.

I'll PM dooglus and ask if he's willing to escrow - he's about the only one on this site I trust to arbitrate fairly. Not sure why I'm bothering as you're risking absolutely nothing - care to put 1 BTC up against my 10? No? I'm shocked.

Regardless, I'll stand by my stance that I have never once attempted to extort an honest casino, posted bogus information and lies, or asked for money for a positive review.

As for the "you seem like someone who doesn't even have 1 BTC":

Address: 16Kae9BrsRQGsQYdMnYSgBnZWc51TUNzHg

Message:
This is the address I'll be sending the 10 BTC from. I've no problem calling your bluff. I wouldn't risk 10 BTC defending my own words if I wasn't positive you're either a paid shill or a meaningless troll.

So - care to put your money where your mouth is? If you're so sure I've extorted an honest casino, you should have no problem putting a bitcoin up against my 10 in fair arbitration/escrow, right? Easy money for you, apparently. So, let's see it.

The video also does not address you ignoring requests to show the hashed server seed, or the math/algo used to turn your meaningless 6.172 number into an actual result.

Putting a number into a closed source tool on your OWN WEBSITE is NOT provably fair. Why can you not get this through your head?

And why the hell are people actually defending this?
