Any news?
I have been a bit behind on dev work the last few days. I am currently working on an sjwcoin version of bitcore (which will be on github and npm!) to host API services. This will enable many other services to just 'plug and play' with the sjwcoin network. In other news, we have started builds with the new logo. Need to find something different for the current send/receive/mined icons though, they feel 'wrong'. Don't get me wrong, I love the salt shaker (and pepper!), but, they need some color to really 'match'. |

Just an update of what we've got going on right now: Rebranding the wallet to match with our new theme. I'm still in search of some 'appropriate' icons for receive/ send/ send-receive-to-yourself so if anybody has any input on these, let it be known! In addition to this, I am looking at adding some of the social aspect of the coin (twitter, reddit, etc) to the wallet itself. Let me know what you all would like to see in there and I'll see what I can do! Building out the API. I am playing around with several things on this front. Once it is completed, we will open it up so that other online services (wallets, vendors, etc) will be able to effortlessly build in support for SJWcoin. This will be instrumental in getting our Android wallet done, as well. I believe this to be a very important aspect of development. I'll also be announcing something that will build off of this in some time, maybe a few weeks or so. Lots of work to do  Those are the two main things pressing at the moment. Let me know your thoughts and opinions so we can keep dev work headed in the direction the community wants. Thanks! |

There is the 'official' zero-fee pool at http://pool.sjwcoin.com as well as SuchPool at https://www.suchpool.pw/sjw/In addition to these two, cryptopia also offers their 'mineshaft' pool at https://www.cryptopia.co.nz/MineShaft?pool=SJWIf anybody knows of any other pools out there, let me know and I'll add them to the OP. So there's a few options. As it is right now, SuchPool is dominating the rest of them in hashrate. Might be nice to spread some of that around |

looks better today, halfing very soon, last chance to buy in cheap.. Cool. I'm about to start work on the new wallet, probably this weekend. The initial version is going to be mostly internal, based upon the newer bitcoin codebase. I'll finally push out a public version of the wallet I posted ^^up there if I can come up with some schnazzy new send/receive icons (halp! my artistic skills are non-existent). Once that's out (should just be a soft fork, so any services hosted out there, not mandatory, as of yet) I am going to push on with a new wallet layout that will include some 'social' buttons and whatnot. Make the wallet a little more functional than just being another send/receive boring wallet. The API. I'm still working on it. Part of the soft fork is going to include an update to op_return size. We're going to push it to 256k (currently only 40k). I said the next update will be soft and not technically necessitate the bigger services, like the exchanges and whatnot, to upgrade, but it would be VERY BENEFICIAL to the health of the coin for some upcoming services if they did. I will message individual holdouts on the upgrade after the fact and see if we can get something done. We have some bigger stuff ahead of us. Keep on keeping on. I'm still here and so are you, if you're reading this. We've got some big hurdles to jump but we will continue to push forward, always forward, never backward. |
