I would definitely buy a pizza with 10k satoshi at the moment. I mean that's just 2-3 cents. What normal man in the world(who likes pizza) wouldn't buy it for such a small amount?

Personally I would buy thousands of pizza at this price, than sell it at a higher price in fiat.  Tongue Grin Cool

No one want "second-hand" pizza. And.. definitely, no one will not buy pizzas for 10, 000 Satoshi per pizza. I hope someone will quote my post in the future - when 10, 000 Satoshi worth more than a pizza.

So sad! This profile does not appear as the #1 result (on anonymous) Google searches anymore.

YES or NOT?                          History:            https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=137.1120

In reality must be at least 30,000 sat 10,000 sat offer + 20,000 sat  of  transaction fee...........

This could be a philosophical question also as what size bread and pizza toppings counts as a pizza?

If you are saying that considering that price hike that happened before, I would definitely buy a pizza for 10k sat still as I know it will still be cheaper as compared to what we are already paying for a slice of Hi-Fi Pizza Companies...

maybe the next 5 years 10k satoshi equivalent to 1 BTC or maybe 0.1 BTC who know

I pray to God that day comes soon, I'd live a happy life and so would all those people who have their fingers crossed hoping for better years to come. All of us deserve some pizza, because well, its pizza.

This goes back to that guys story a long time ago.

Buying a pizza for 10 btc or was it more then 100 btc? its probably going to be a similar situation.

In fact were 10,000 BTC........  So What do you think now?

It was indeed 2 pizzas what the guy got... so that's 5.000 BTC per pizza back in the day. Still pretty insane to think about it. I wonder what the guy that delivered the pizzas did with the Bitcoins. I hope he didn't sell, but he probably did as soon as BTC hit 1 dollar. Such is the fate of non long term holders Sad

Wondering the same thing to be honest Shocked
However it's still a huge profit even if he sold it when it was something like 1$ per BTC . 10,000$ he probably bought a car or something  Roll Eyes Pizza for car is a good deal , isn't Grin

Think about it. The guy that received the coins was probably some clueless pizza guy with a motorcycle. He probably forgot about the coins and potentially lost them. They were worthless back then so I doubt he cared to put them on a safe place.

Of course that goes without saying, 10k sat for a tasty pizza, why not lol you are obviously getting at the 10,000btc for pizza but that was $30-$40 at the time, so a better question would be would we buy pizza for 0.2btc.

I will not. But no because it is not worth that amount the pizza I will have but for the respect of the bitcoin. I appreciate much it to spend in something. According to me the bitcoin must be "used" only as a savings or as an investment. The other ways are a big loss: monetary and sentimental loss. I suffered when I lost 1.5 bitcoin from an wrong "investment" (the inverted commas shows that this amount don't deserve the be named investment). You can imagine what it will be my situation if I will be sure that I will not be return from an "getaway" of satoshi from my wallet like the case of the bought of pizza. Even the amount spent is totally insignificant.

The story of programmer Laszo Hanyecz who has bought two pizza with 10 000 bitcoins maybe will leads me in depression.  Wink

hmm...

That seems just pure loss of profit for the company unless BTC is on a rise at +5$ a week.

I have a lot more than this, tied up in purse.io, and gambling, but my hot wallet is measured at .067 right now, so

After calculation, that adds up to around 813 pizzas.

However, that is insane.

I think a better topic would be, would you buy a pizza slice for 100k Satoshi.
That honestly seems the better deal.

One slice for $.20 BTC ?
Oh yeah.

One pizza for 2$ BTC? oh yeah

But unless we are talking 2040+, then BTC would not be worth 10k sat a pizza.

people are laughing at 10,000 satoshi's right now, but at some point in the very far future it might be worth a good bit of money.

The thread that you are referring to, is about 10,000 BTC which is millions time more.
If there is any store that is selling pizza for 10,000 Satoshis then yes why not.
It seems to be the cheapest price, maybe in the pizza will be bitcoin symbol Tongue

I really hope we have a crystal ball to see what will be happening in the future. I just hope that everyone should not just hodl your bitcoin and wait for 10,000 satoshi = 1 pizza, but to use now (to buy pizza) and re-buy bitcoin. This will help the growth of bitcoin.

I'm more conscious about saving bitcoin for my future or retirement. Even i will consider to buy if anything available for cheaper prize. Other than selling bitcoin in an exchange for bidding price, nothing else will not hurt bitcoin price and it's community in any way.

10,000 satoshis for a pizza? Are we talking about a slice of pizza or a whole pizza with 8 slices?
If its a slice of pizza, then the price is just right if in my country but if it's a whole pizza with 8 slices, I don't think it's possible and if it is, taste and ingredients used is questionable.
