Withdrawal fee is borne by users and consists of 2 smaller fees: QUOINE's fee (1% of withdrawal amount, 25,000 IDR minimum) and bank processing fee. While I cannot give you an exact number for bank processing fee, international wire transfers at our bank have a wire fee of 40 SGD and up, plus other fees like commissions and cable.

Hi,

For a 50,000,000 IDR withdrawal, Quoine's fee will be 1% of that (500,000). There is also bank processing fee (taken by the banks as explained in previous post), so the actual amount you receive will be less than 49,500,000.

You can also send USD to Indonesia, but the receiving account (your bank account) needs to be able to receive USD, else the conversion fee (also taken by the bank) will be very high. Quoine's fee for USD withdrawals is 5 USD.

hey the fee takes almost 2% because 1 % is quoine standard plus swift fee almost 1 % ( different bank different fee)
since quoine still hasnt have payment parnert in indonesia so that all withdrawal will take by swift

for example a few month previuosly i make IDR withdrawal 25.000.000, i r5eceive in my bca account is 24.5xx.xxx

We are still in discussion with potential payment partners. Right now withdrawals to Indonesia are still being processed as international wire transfers.

Market price may have moved slightly during the time it takes to close the position, or the price displayed at the time of closing wasn't updated in time. Internet speed and computer power can both affect this.

Thanks for letting me know. I'll notify our withdrawal processing team to find out.
As it happens, QUOINE's fee for USD withdrawals is only 5 USD, so the rest is entirely bank fee, taken by the bank.
If you could make an inquiry at your bank to see if they took any fee upon receiving the payment, it could also help explain.
