Mine used to me clear, but thanks to trying to shed light on the Bitcoinica fiasco and costing me over $20,000 USD and counting, mine keeps going back and forth between jaundice and chartreuse.

If you're not seeing the color on your ignore link and an approximate count for established users who ignore you than you aren't using the default theme.
