FlappyCoin is about to kick over to PoS with the new wallet and we want a CounterParty fork now.

Who is capable of doing this? And no i'm not making payment up front, so don't come to with with that. You can ask Trusted Cryptos to vouch for my integrity as they did our PoS wallet and you can google the hell out of me.
