SCAM - User zazarb

I don't know what he done, what I know is already 4 days ago and nothing received from my order.

I told him I need urgently and he said no problem so any excuse

He already sent you the bitcoins but the problem is he didn't add miners fee so its taking too long to be confirmed. I assume you use an exchange wallet that is why it is not yet credited to your account. Am i right?

currently I have  sended 0.03btc+0.03btc(notconfirmed) for one scrembo payment

If you already sent another .03btc then what is the reason he opened this scam accusation? Have you done anything wrong aside from the unconfirmed .03btc?

that question not for me, I do know , maybe he sick , maybe he want scam me, any idea.

I see you are quite confused, but this does not exempt you from the obligation to a public apology.

Ok, so if zazarb sent 0.03 (or 0,035 whatever the extra amount is) extra, op should repay the extra money back to him, imho, but for some poetic justice, op also should
make a no-fee transaction, making him wait 1 week or so.
Wouldn't this be fair to both of you ?

make a no-fee transaction, making him wait 1 week or so.

currently he not should me nothing (only a public apology), and if I succeed cancelled my transaction, so everything ends.But if my  extra 0.03btc arrives to scrembo, then he will should me.

 Only I am looking forward to a formal apology for me defamation.

Cancelling orders.
Keeping me for 1 week because of not paying a fee or 2 cents and so on..

the problem was only sick persons delusions, and only He can close the topic.
