This is a nice one! http://www.michaelnielsen.org/ddi/how-the-bitcoin-protocol-actually-works/

The bitcoin wiki has most of the gorey details for quick reference: https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Protocol_documentation but you'd need to read it first elsewhere.

I talk about the conceptual level required for coding on bitcoin on https://blockchainprogramming.azurewebsites.net/.
It is not going into too much about the details that can be found on internet.

Hi,

I would like to learn more about the whole process and how it works, In depth.

Is there any good resource/documentation/threads to best learn the real ins and outs?

Thanks.

BlockTrail's API Docs are very thorough. It's basically a getting started guide of how to use API's and SDK's to build any app you might be building.

You can find it here: https://www.blocktrail.com/api/docs

Thanks,

I use BlockTrail all the time Smiley Have not delved into some of the "deeper" API's yet, but I used it for clients when checking for payments and such.

It is a great API Smiley

Awesome & thanks for the compliment! If you like, PM me your project (or tell me here, whichever)... us here at BlockTrail like to support projects that use our API's or Block Explorer.
