On 06/25/15 I attempted to get an Edible image cake printed with the confederate flag image on it at Walmart. It was denied. The next day I had them do the same for the ISIS battle flag image I brought to them. They cheerfully did it. and sold me my ISIS cake. WTF Walmart! ISIS is beheading Christians, selling little girls into slavery, and is currently a terrorist org at war with the United States……..but you can’t buy the General Lee toy car at Walmart? It’s a damn shame. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q7ePFollQQE

This is the typical American double speak. The Confederate flag is demonized, as some of the activists claim that it reminds people of slavery. But at the same time, Saudi Arabia, a country which practices modern day slavery remains one of the best allies of the United States in the Middle East region. And what more, many of the civil rights groups receive funding from Saudi Arabia.

He displays a "bakery order form" for the Confederate flag he supposedly requested. However, he does not have a "bakery order form" for the ISIS cake they allegedly made for him.
His check-out receipt only proves he bought a cake at their store. For all we know, he or his friends could have made that ISIS cake and put it in a Walmart box.

To be honest, the details of how he did it don't really matter the fact that they're so vehemently against the confederate flag but will happily make one for ISIS just shows how hypocritical they are.

There is nothing to blame the Walmart, they are doing their service to their best level to serve the customer and keep them happy and prosperous, you as a customer went and ask for Cake toppled with a creamy ISIS image, you paid them for their services as police pay the Sketch Artist to draw the criminal face images and identifications to get a break even regards to the crime.

Obama made them, so no problem to the establishment
But Obama needs to create racial dispute among the americans and sustain the lie about the Confederates being racists that wanted to fight to the dead to keep slavery

... And yet the confederate flag is worse than your example or a police sketch on a cake? How? And I am NOT a fan of the confederate flag, but this is double standard, based on your excellent examples...

Well....... the United States presidential elections are due next year. Barry Banana needs to foment racial trouble between the whites and blacks, in order to get all the brainwashed African Americans to vote for the Pinoccibitch. So in the end, the Nazi flag and the Black Panthers flag is OK, but not the confederate flag.

It appears that Walmart has apologized for the incident: The Daily caller was contacted by Randy Hargrove, a spokesman for Wal-Mart, who said in an email, "Our local store made a mistake. The cake in the video should not have been made and we apologize."
Hargrove later explained to TheDC, "We made the decision to stop selling Confederate flag related items promoting the flag’s image. For that reason we did not make the cake. [Netzhammer] brought in the other image of ISIS and really, what happened, was our associate didn’t recognize what that image was and what it meant or it wouldn’t have been made."
Link: http://dailycaller.com/2015/06/27/wal-mart-store-apologizes-for-baking-isis-battle-flag-cake-video/Even before I saw the apology and explanation though, I thought it was far more likely that whoever baked the ISIS cake didn't know the meaning behind the flag's design. Every American can recognize the Confederate Flag and I would think that most Americans are at least aware of its controversial nature (no doubt heightened due to recent events). ISIS on the other hand is still a fairly new phenomenon and one that has only seen mainstream coverage since last year. Had someone walked into the store and specifically asked them to bake an ISIS cake, their request would most likely have been rejected too. Whether or not their decision to reject the Confederate Flag themed cake was a right one is a valid discussion but other than that, the comparison to ISIS doesn't really hold. Walmart wasn't standing up for ISIS or condoning any part of their ideology when it chose to bake that cake. It shows a bit of ignorance about what's happening in the world on the part of the baker but really, that's about it.

Yeah, I don't necessarily believe this is legit though wouldn't be surprised if it's true. If true though Walmart probably didn't even know what it was making with the Isis flag but everyone knows the Confederate flag is a hot topic right now so that's why I can see them denying one and not the other. There's also the fear of not being political correct in not turning down anything Muslim related and the complaints that would ensue about discrimination or whatever.

Fairly news to brainwashed americans who believe a singer pregnancy or a drunk actor are breaking news... With a big help from the mainstream media.

I think they should display a big sign saying "Those Confederate Democrat flags? We don't have anything to do with those racists symbols."

Does anyone think a Wal-Mart employee would recognize the ISIS flag if they baked it on a cake? I bet you could get them to unwittingly bake a cake with a lot of objectionable symbols or writing on it if they didn't understand what it was. I guarantee you most Wal-Mart employees wouldn't be able to differentiate between the ISIS flag and the Saudi Arabian flag.

Don't expect the blue-collar workers, especially those working in Wal-Mart and other stores to recognize the ISIS flag. They don't care much about international politics. They might have heard about the ISIS, but that is it. On the other hand, every single resident of the United States will be able to recognize the Confederate flag, as it is used widely across the nation.
