ICO dumps or pause in the rally?

In the last months there have been many major ICO crowdfunds, waves, lisk, digiex, etc which even if they are in Eth; funds can end un BTC to be converted to Fíat.

Do you think the 50,000 + Btcs from those ICOs is giving moderate sell pressure to the price? Or what is the same: ico devs are dumping bags into the Chinnese  

If they don't know how to sell, with that amount they can effectively crash the market.
