Surprised and somewhat disturbed to see this..



1. Bitcoin is popular enough for facebook ads
2. I don't think I've ever mentioned bitcoin on fb, so their looking at my browsing history :X

Any time you're on a website that has a 'like' or 'share' Facebook icon, your web browser is directed by the web page to fetch that icon from the Facebook servers. The Facebook server notes your facebook cookies, which were set with no expiration date when you were on Facebook. When the icon is requested when you're on another site, the Facebook servers do have access to the cookies they set before.

They are watching everywhere you go.

So, if they put that image up..  That leads me to believe that is a real picture of the unit?  Or a last minute effort to get as many orders as possible until October--next month--'s release date.. 

I really don't understand the marketing push this month.
