Poliomyelitis, more commonly known simply as "polio," is a viral disease that is typically transmitted between people via the fecal-oral pathway. In 90 percent of cases, the disease produces no noticeable symptoms. In about 1 percent of cases, the virus spreads into the nervous system and preferentially destroys motor neurons in the spinal cord, brain stem and the brain's motor cortex. This produces the paralysis characteristic of the disease.
Swimming, fishing may cause exposure
According to the press release, "human error" resulted in the polio virus entering the water supply in Rixensart city, Belgium, at a plant manufacturing the polio vaccine. The contaminated water then flowed to a water treatment plant, and from there into the Lasne and Dyle rivers.
"The liquid was [expelled], according to initial information provided by the firm GSK, due to human error during the process of vaccine production," the press release said, as translated by Google. "The water from the treatment plant in question is not discharged to the supply network for drinking water."
No official explanation has been given for the human error, though some media sources reported that an employee made a mistake during routine cleaning of a tank at the plant....." |

The people from the conference call, have called it off. This is a live broadcast, but you'll be able to watch it in full if it's over by the time you read this. Thomas Deegan said that he was infiltrated with foreign agents on the phone call and he said they called it off, and says if anyone else shows up they aren't connected to him. |

Green line service is suspended between U Street and Fort Totten and all yellow line service begins and ends at Mt. Vernon Square. Metro says shuttles are in service.
Commuters leaving Nationals Park are advised to ride the green line and switch to the red line at Gallery Place if they need to get beyond U Street.
Metro says the issue is due to a third rail power outage and power crews are trying to troubleshoot the issue.
According to audio from a Metro train conductor, the outage occurred between the Columbia Heights and the Georgia Avenue stations.
D.C. firefighters evacuated the affected train, which stopped 100 feet away from the Georgia Avenue station, according to Metro Transit Police...." |

"We can say, we have defaulted on a promissory note and now is the time to honor it" - speech linkI find it interesting, because the people on the conference call were talking about there being a loan that is coming due, and supposedly the US doesn't have enough money to pay it off, and of course they then suggested people will be killed off for the insurance money to pay it off. There is indeed something odd regarding the moon. It being off by 2 days in its cycle up to a lunar eclipse.. Its odd..
And what about the Pope's visit yesterday.. They said to him something odd.. "Ho Ho. Hey, Hey, Hey, Welcome to the USA".
I found this very curious seeing the first person to say "Ho Ho" was the Devil, which was then used for Santa Claus.. Of course, so few people know that.. But curious.." |

The pope is doing the first ever canonization (declaring a saint) in the US today. Matthew 24:15 When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:) 16 Then let them which be in Judaea flee into the mountains: 17 Let him which is on the housetop not come down to take any thing out of his house: 18 Neither let him which is in the field return back to take his clothes. This is just a theory that came to me watching the canonization. According to one prophecy, the US was brought about to be a Christian nation and spread the Christian faith free from persecution from Catholics. If you believe the US to be the holy place, as it was where the new church would be free from persecution from Catholics, and then see the pope standing in the US and saying someone is now a saint, that could be taken as saying he has the ability to say who is a saint and who is not. Many Christians would say all Christians are saints according to the bible. This is not something a man can say you are or are not. Philippians 4:21 Salute every saint in Christ Jesus. The brethren which are with me greet you.Daniel 8:13 Then I heard one saint speaking, and another saint said unto that certain saint which spake, How long shall be the vision concerning the daily sacrifice, and the transgression of desolation, to give both the sanctuary and the host to be trodden under foot?There were plenty of saints in the bible before Catholicism started declaring them. It's just a theory, I don't even know if I believe it would be the abomination of desolation as I believe the holy place may be the body (not the US) that holds the Holy Spirit.

In Easter of 2014, the family planned a Rome trip to see Pope Francis in person during the canonization of John Paul II and John XXIII.
"It was raining," Lynn said. "We were told that if we stood on a barricade in St. Peter's Square, the metal fences in front, the Pope would come by in his 'Pope'-mobile."
The Cassidy family waited for hours at the barricade. When the motorcade turned into the square, Lynn's husband Scott held Ave up in the air.
"It was like the Lion King," Lynn said. "The secret service person, Johnny, stopped and took her from Scott and held her up to the Pope. The Pope asked my husband, 'How old is she? What's her name?' He told (the Pope) she has two holes in her heart. When we got home in May, we went back to the cardiologist for a check-up. One of the holes was completely closed and one was half the size."
A snapshot of the divine moment hangs on the family's wall. The Pope's hand over Ave's heart as he blessed the child. Lynn said the story may be incredible timing, but she believes it's divine intervention.
"I mean it's possible that it closes just over time," she said. "But when you see the picture that the professional photographer took, his hand is here and he's a servant of God."
Ave is happy and healthy at twenty months. She underwent two eye surgeries and also received two hearing aids. Her heart is healthy and her smile is contagious.

(CNN)A stampede during one of the last rituals of the Hajj season -- the annual Islamic pilgrimage to Mecca -- has killed more than 700 people and injured 800 others in Saudi Arabia.
The stampede occurred Thursday morning during the ritual known as "stoning the devil" in the tent city of Mina, about 2 miles from Mecca, Islam's holiest city.
Hundreds have been killed in past years during the same ceremony, and it comes only 13 days after a crane collapse killed more than 100 people at another major Islamic holy site, the Grand Mosque in Mecca.
"We have a stampede accident in Mina, and civil defense is dealing with it," said Brig. Gen. Mansour al-Turki, an Interior Ministry spokesman.
The incident is the deadliest disaster at Mina since 1990, when 1,426 people died.
Civil defense authorities said the latest death toll is 717, but the numbers have been climbing steadily. Officials deployed 4,000 workers, along with 220 ambulances and other vehicles, to Mina in response to the disaster.
In the ritual, crowds of pilgrims throw stones at three pillars in a re-enactment of when the Prophet Abraham stoned the devil and rejected his temptations, according to Muslim traditions.
In Thursday's stampede, pilgrims were walking toward the largest of the pillars when there was a sudden surge in the crowd about 9 a.m., causing a large number of people to fall, the state-run Saudi Press Agency said, citing civil defense officials.

State Capitol, Extra Security Added"WOOD COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A Wood County man has been charged with threats of terroristic acts after allegedly making a plan to take over the State Capitol in West Virginia.
The arrest has called for extra security measures to be taken at the State Capitol in Charleston Thursday, according to state officials.
According to the criminal complaint, Thomas Deegan, 39, of Mineral Wells, is a self proclaimed Sovereign Citizen, who made several conference calls this month, and stated his plan to take over the government.
During the calls, West Virginia State Police say Deegan solicited help in removing multiple West Virginia politicians from their offices in Charleston. He claimed that following their removal, their offices would be assumed by members of the Sovereign Citizen movement, and the officials would be charged with crimes like treason....." |
