I doubt theymos will reset the account for you! Nowadays many ppl sold out their account and later on still try to claim back their account.But you could try.

if the new owner change the old address and sign a new one, the old owner in theory can not do anything, and can not prove anymore the ownership

Well, if it was indeed sold, the buyer hasn't changed the address on the profile. It is still the same as the signed one, you see?
