Why only OKPay?
Are they non-reversible? If so, I should look into them further.
Yes they are irreversible and cheap fee. Its not very common but one of the best. Even debitcard is available there. Hmmm didnt get PM from OP yet...  |

Scammers scam because of lowest morality but they are not sick.
They do it because they want to do it.
