I am so proud to be Greek tonight. today honored the memory of our heroic ancestors. We say NO to the modern facism like our ancestors say No to the Nazi and they know that they will lost. Is something in our lives above money and above all. It is Ethic and Justice.

Epic!

This is going to be a big boost for Bitcoin.

Hmm... actually I was expecting an even bigger bounce. In BTC-e, the exchange rate went from $259 to $270 as the results came in. But then, it went down to $265. It is still not confirmed whether Greece will be thrown out of the Eurozone or not. It will be known only by today night, after frau Merkel meets Hollande in Paris.

Feels bad for frau Merkel. Her dreams for a fourth Reich are shattered.

Freedom To Greece.  Its only one vote and they will be discussing other deals (to keep Greeks in Euro) but i hope in the end they decide to use their own currency.  If that happens i recommend the Greeks to quickly buy as much gold/silver/btc/usd as possible before their currency devalues fourfold.  Their independent finance system come back slow and strong, but will be a long road ahead.

ROFL. I can understand your frustration, as you are from Germany. Germany is going to lose close to €90 billion as a result of the Greek default. But the Eurozone nations such as Germany are to be blamed for this crisis in the first place. Who told you guys to lend more and more money to Greece, when it was already clear that they can't pay it back?

now syriza needs to fall and everything collapse so golden dawn and the military can stage a coup

Be radical, have principles, be absolute, be that which the bourgeoisie calls an extremist: give yourself without counting or calculating, don't accept what they call ‘the reality of life' and act in such a way that you won't be accepted by that kind of ‘life', never abandon the principle of struggle.

LOL, one country less in a European Union then. It will be interesting to watch how European Union's autoryties will deal with that. It will be a problem for eu. Euro may continue falling.

How you can be sure that the Grexit will not trigger a chain reaction? If the Greeks default on loans (and suffer no serious consequences as a result of it), then what stops Spain and Portugal from doing the same? It all depends on how Germany handles this situation. If Greece leaves the Eurozone and survives on its own, then it will encourage the other indebted EU members to doing the same.

I don't know that. I think if Greece will leave the euro zone it will be bad both for european union and for greece. If greece will establish their natial currency again it fall dramatically in price. And economy of a EU will also suffer.
