Yes the entire screenshot rule is very unprofessional. You need to hire some proper coders to make it easier then the current method that its set at.

After playing for several hours, I'd say this is a funny and great game but unfortunately the max bet is quite low. 40k satoshi max bet means that the max winning in a single bet is only less than 2mbtc. IMO tt will not attract many players especially the whales and any players who love to use martingale strategy. Just tried martingale with 5satoshi base bet (3 targets = 15satoshi base bet) and increase 120% on loss, my bet stopped at 11x losses streak because of the max bet. Not really sure why the max bet is so low, but I guess it is because of the jackpot.
Just my opinion..

Actually, there is a much better way using the MoneyPot API. Because of the way you process jackpots manually, I actually think you have an extremely high risk of being -EV.

Let's take a look at one of payout tables of the bets you're making: https://www.moneypot.com/bets/34410141

First of all, you can omit ranges with 0 payouts, as it's a bit redundant.

I don't fully understand the mechanisms of your game but I'm going to assume in that bet, if the outcome lands between [0, 15342) they get the jackpot. However from the MoneyPot's perspective it's only configured to give them 111.97 bits. What you should do, is tell MoneyPot exactly what the jackpot is (e.g. if it's a small bet, 0.5 BTC or if it's a large bet 1 BTC) and if someone wins it, the jackpot money will come from investors and not you! As a side benefit, it'll force you to modify some of your payouts (or probabilities) so that they are overall +EV

thank you again for your straight opinion and feedback. you are absolutely correct that the low max is connected to the Jackpot payout. and we fully understand the problem for martingale bettors. we are working on a multiplayer table with much higher max bets to solve the whale problem

and if we take our 40k satoshis max bet the Jackpot winner will get 1.119744 BTC
and yes we could give a 50k max with a Jackpot payout of 1.3997
sure thing that we will go up and adjust our max allowed bets in regards to MP BR.

the user bet was 4 satoshis on horse 1
the jackpot is always adjusting to each wager up to to the 40k max
Jackpot for example for a 1 sat wager is 0.00002799
Jackpot for example for a 2 sat wager is 0.00005599
Jackpot for example for a 4 sat wager as the example you gave shows will pay 0.00011197

the formula for the fair Jackpot payout is
wager x 279936 x 1% = Jackpot
chance to hit the Jackpot is 1 in 279936
as we take 1% for Jackpot payouts the correct and fair payout for a 4 sat wager if hitting the Jackpot is 0.00011197

please let me explain now the Jackpot for the max 40k sat wager
40k x 279936 x 1% = 1.119744

to compare it with a lottery it would be like a lottery OP with a chance of 279936 to win the only prize and a lottery ticket prize of 1$ should have a fair payout of 297936 $ without keeping any amount for him. but in general lottery OPs take down a nice percentage before paying out the main prize.

I think its better if the max payout is not connected to the jackpot, so players will not too afraid their bet will be busted because of the max payout. And I hope there will better and easier way to get jackpot, I mean player do not need to post screenshot and able to use the auto bet to hit the jackpot. With manual bet it will be so boring and wasting times because for each bet we need to click twice (run & restart).
And you need more promotions to attract players to come and play in your site. Overall, I love it except the max payout and the jackpot.

but it looks that there is a misunderstanding regarding the need of a screenshot if a Jackpot is hit. there is no need ever for a user to post a screenshot if he hits a jackpot.

a screenshot is only needed today when the bonus event starts at GMT 7:00pm and JPR will pay an additional bonus of 50% to the regular Jackpot prize to the user who hits the 1st Jackpot starting at GMT 7:00pm and will post the screenshot of his screen after he hit the Jackpot.

no one is forced to participate in this bonus event but if a user would like to have the additional bonus offered by JPR and by chance is the 1st who hits the Jackpot he needs to post the screenshot.

regarding the max bet amount we are discussing in house to change it to MP max bet allowance but a Jackpot will always be offered and why would a player reject a nice Jackpot payment additional to his normal bet?
