Ich spüre die Nachwirkungen heute noch.
Mein Körper sagt mir einfach dass ihm seit fast einer Woche schon Schlaf fehlt.
Ich hoffe das akklimatisiert sich bald wieder bis zur Zeitumstellung, sonst potenziert sich das.
