Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

1 Stellar dont worth 1 Bitcoin at all.. Here's the current Stellar price - http://www.stellarvalue.org/. Haha he didn't mean 1 stellar for 1 bitcoins. He meant 1:1 for the present price, i.e. if the present price is for say 1000 sat for 1 stellar he wants 1000 not 900is something, thus, no fees. |

why don't you sell them on exchange , there is enough trading volume you can sell your stellars at exchanges without dropping the price
