Need more details before being able to request a partnership, if can be anything or nothing, so is better if you speak openly about your project, nobody is gonna steal it.

Well that is all negotiable, the loss would be split evenly as I already have a good amount invested in this. The wins depends on how much the partner is invested and what I kind of deal we can come up with.  Like I said I am open to any types of offers or deal that we can come up with.  I have been working on this since 2010 so ideas are plentiful.
