I didn't go all in, but with China & Greece/EU implosions also going down at the same time, and news outlets seem to be making a much bigger deal out of this than it should be (ie: covering their own asses so they can claim they warned everyone), I didn't want to be that guy not holding when the shit goes down.  Bitcoin has reached an equilibirum over the last 6 months, and with a halving coming in around 53 weeks, the risk side isn't that high anyway.

Well i didn't for i believe that we should give some time to the speculation.Jumping to the implementation  and not waiting patiently might give you too  much risk with too less return. Bitcoin is halving in around a year, and i guess the risk won't be too much. I didn't buy for my personal reasons as well.I have always been quite skeptical when it comes to market and equity.

uh no not today... price is a bit higher than i feel comfortable buying moar at.. however... i already bought the week before last just as it started upwards. i was going to buy before then but i missed that one due to not paying close enough attention. i had been focused on my book... however, when i did buy i bought a good amount of them that i could afford at the time . i ussually buy only buy one or two at a time but considering that the 'interest to infinity' debt slavery system is slowly imploding i decided to buy much more than usual. you probably still made a good call though in the long run, maybe even short run... there is one thing for sure though: we going to go find out.

As with many people, I had been sitting on the sidelines for a while, but with China + Greece both imploding, then this NYSE thing, I felt uncomfortable not holding and got some as an insurance policy, not for day trading.

There is a higher chance day by day it seems that the price of bitcoin will be leaving the $200s for good. I think we will see that before the end of the summer.

i usually buy $50-$75 worth of bitcoin per month, but so far it was more in the range of $150 per month. it gives me a great feeling knowing that i have several bitcoins.

I'm sure the Plunge Protection Team (US, Euro, and Chinese versions) had a busy afternoon backing up their trucks.

China collapsing?  NYSE borked?

BULLISH!

This is great strategy! Even with prices up and down, your average buy price will be good!

I just keep thinking about what is going to happen to BTC if the regular financial world isn't going completely bust now. I just hope people aren't too disappointed and don't abandon Bitcoin completely Cheesy Let's hope they got a taste of it!

I should have gotten into Bitcoin back in 1992...

If the regular financial world doesn't go full retard in the next 10 years, I think people just might give up on it until it completely involves into something more revolutionary. 10 years is a god damn long time and a lot of things happen. As the great man Satoshi said and I quote,'Either bitcoin will be something really big..or just nothing'. Dayummm, let it settle down on you hahaha

Good thing something like 200 countries exist, with probably 100 and something crap fiat currencies, and at least a few of them primed to implode.
