Do I just use coin control and let it create however many wallets it wants or is there something I do?  Thank you!

unless the coin has a split block feature you pretty much have to do it the hard way by sending coins to yourself

This post sums up why all this bullshit is a scam
Read It. Hate It. Change the facts that it represents.

How do you find which is the best size? Trail and error?

Pretty much, it depends on the rewards and Stake ages of the Coins you are Staking. Is it a Flat reward per Block, based on percentage per year? what is the minimum and maximum age? Difficulty of the network?

Bitbean is 1000 Coins per Block right?

What is it's current money supply? it's minimum age and maximum age? Does it have some kind of block splitting? What is it's default split and combine thresholds?

I think I would have 20-30k Blocks all the way down to 500-1000 Coins per Block with about 80% between 20k and 30k, 15% between 10-20k and 5% under 10k.
