I just sold an ebook to some guy who requested a refund right after he bought it

Yes. 2 major red flags:

"(The) TOS can change at any time."

"Then I was wrong about this not being a Black Hat."

So you duped a customer with false promises. Nothing new here, but yes, you most certainly are the scammer. You should probably leave this forum for good.

This is a bogus clause that can allow you to issue no refunds if you don't want to. I certainly wouldn't do business with you. I'd ray your reputation is pretty much destroyed by this point.

I do have a real job,I put it in there to prevent against scamming or extorting

I read both sides of it.   Is your "method" against the TOS of what ever company your  doing this on?       If you are using methods against the companies TOS, then I would say give him a refund.   

Also if you say he will make X money he did not just count it as a loss and refund.  If you let it go on and on it will kill your chances of selling anymore ebooks.   People will read the "bad" things and will not convert to sales.
