What do you specifically mean with "Liquid option markets"? a profitable business? a market that is liquid like an altcoin that has good volume?? its not clear enough what you want.

Liquid enough so that I can get fills... volume of at least 100 BTC a day.

Options meaning, Puts and Calls on the Bitcoin & Litecoin markets.
