As per a video posted on 8btc. A "direct sales" team is promoting the litecoin nation-wide.
http://8btc.com/thread-20406-1-1.html

It has been confirmed by Zhao Dong, a major miner& dealer in China.

That's awesome, I've been stacking litecoin for a year or so.

Will they be moving to bitcoin next?

How exactly are they promoting litecoin?

Taking a page from DOGE, it's now referred to as RiteCoin, albeit runar is stricken from all marketing campaigns. You feel rucky, punk?

Someone translate and put it up on youtube so it can get shared around more easy.  Youtube vids are far more successful at going crypto viral.

How exactly are they promoting litecoin?

Basically, they promote it just like a pyramid scheme.

How do they make money out of it, they cash out their litecoins when the price is good enough?

There is nothing new in a pyramid scheme. So I wouldn't bother to translate it into English.
