Hello i have bitcoin core 0.9.2.0 on my pc, and i want too update too 0.10.2 because of the recent news about the fork problem.

do i have to decrypt first the bitcoin core 0.9.2.0 before upgrading to 0.10.2??

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

What do you mean by decrypt? Are you asking whether you must decrypt your wallet before upgrading? If so, no you don't. However, it is advised to backup your wallet. Go to the data directory and copy the wallet.dat file to a safe location. Then you can install Bitcoin Core 0.10.2. Once it is installed, copy your wallet.dat file back to where you copied it from. Then start Bitcoin Core. Any Bitcoin you have will still be there.
