Its already starting to bounce back. It looks like that little crash just gave some buyers some opportunities to re-buy at a lower level. Bar chart looks promising that the price will bounce back up, it better Tongue

As said before, all in is not a good strategy...
It might pay off, but you may also get burned heavily...

Or it might pay off after a period where you're burned heavily "on paper" (mark-to-market.) I'm inclined to all-in myself, but after taking my lumps I figgered that all-in only makes sense for a long-term hold.

It helps if you think of it this way: anyone buying Bitcoin at >$25 around May of 2011 was "burned heavily" for the rest of the year...

I you are looking for an investment, I'd also say that the price eventually will probably go higher. If you want to trade, you have to be on your toes to take advantage of such swings. Although, if you'd sell all your LTC you alone would probably generate a minor dump trend  Grin
(I am also optimistic as I see potential in LTC, but just because BTC was successful, doesn't mean that all altcoins will.)

There's always a bounce after the initial crash. The only question is if it's the bounce that always happens before it goes lower, or is it simply a correction? It's probably not a good time to buy until that question has been answered.

1.25Mil coins were dumped this morning and LTC is resilient enough to be up 200% this month.

Lolol woke up and down almost 30%. Alright after taking out of bitcoin and putting into litecoin, bitcoin raises by more than 10$.
My luck....

Classic reacting after the party is over. When you saw Litecoin already so much up, you should have gone for the other coins on Btc-e.

I have a feeling Bitcoin is being artificially held down and in a few months it will explode. Then even $10k might seem like a low price and the 20-30% loss you made now will be irrelevant.

Dont buy the tops in pump and dumps folks.

Either buy during the accumulaiton phase, when its low and unloved and no one is talking about it.
Or buy right away in the early stages of the pump, after the very first breakout.

If you are late to the party and the price is up hundreds of percent already, you have to resist the urge to FOMO.  That is how they take your money.

Based on your inexperience you should probably stay out until dust is settled but if you like to take risks i would have waited until a confirmation atleast on the hour then get in on pullback (test).
