You can make transactions no limit. rate: 0.0001 + option

you can do as many as you want, if you have the money, you can check their lowest on their website, i think it's better for you to use blockchain.info as a online wallet, just a suggestion

you can send any amount >5500 satoshi as long as you have balance. if you can't send your coins maybe some of your coins is still unconfirmed with transaction fees less than .0001 satoshi

Be aware that using a web wallet is not the preferred way to store your BTC.   Download bitcoin core or electrum and store your BTC on a secure computer.

Ensure that your amount being sent is lower/equal to the amount available in your account. Assuming that you are talking about blockchain.info wallet, they do not take any fees. You can set a 0BTC fee if you want to but you would have to wait a longer time for it to confirm. Additionally, I would recommend against using blockchain.info due to their frequent glitches.

i wouldnt use anything below the standard 0.0001 BTC fee right now with the spammers attacking the network here and there; if these "tests" are announced i dont see mention of them, and i had a few transactions get stuck for days because of this nonsense.

There are no limits on the number of transactions you can do on a single day on any bitcoin wallet. Also, you can put the minimum transaction fee, 0.0001 bitcoins or even 0 (though putting the latter isn't advisable as of this moment because of the "stress-testing" at the network) and still it will go through the network. As for the invalid amount, maybe you are out of funds that's why your wallet is saying that the amount you entered is invalid.
