Has anyone tried? They provide like 4 bank accounts on your name upon registration, including US.
Can you send from crypto exchange to any of them?

Are they known to freeze accounts?

And please confirm what crypto exchange you are talking about. We can't help you if you can't develop a clear question with clear mentions.

In any case, search in this forum about the ANN thread or official channel btt of the trading platform you use, then to discuss their services with community and Devs before starting a new thread.

Payoneer forbids any transaction related to cryptocurrency, (the T&C label it as digital currencies) so your account will be terminated in a matter of time

I have a payoneer card but didn't use it since a long time and just now to know about its policy towards cryptocurrencies. I don't expext peer to peer platforms to have similar troubles with payoneer, i mean localbitcoins or paxful. What do you think?

I made a simple review of the last posts made by this user and I think he was inquiring about bunq Bank. I do not know what the link between bunq and Payoneer is, but I think that's what he is looking for.

We do allow to make payment to bitcoin exchanges indeed! 👍 There's actually even a Bitcoin exchange that only works with bunq (although we're not associated with them 🙂): BL3P.

I do not know if there is a possibility of a transfer between bunq and Payoneer.
if you want to convert between BTC and Payoneer I advise you to use skrill. {BTC ----> skrill ---> Payoneer}

Technically no. You make/receive funds from a random individual and not from a company related to cryptos. If you were receiving funds from LocalBitcoin, for example, it would be another story. (LB wouldn't even able to get a Payoneer account)

I don't see why there shouldn't be a possibility. As long as it is a bank and not a payment system this should not be a problem.
Otherwise, it would mean that people are unable to deposit money into their Payoneer account

You run the risk of getting your account frozen, even if there hasn't been precedents of this happening because they could always cite that in their ToS. It's a bit like Paypal in terms of you may not get banned now, but eventually, your account will get limited.

I'd suggest not even bothering with it. You could try P2P but that would mean that your rates will be significantly worse than using a bigger, regulated exchange.

And even though there is pretty much no way for Payoneer to tell that it came from a bitcoin sale, there is still a remote possibility that the account sending the funds may be flagged somehow as a crypto related account. I honestly would be avoiding doing it, especially if the Payoneer account is of significance to you/your business.

It's not just about cryptos-related issues. Payoneer's role is to be a method of invoicing and payment for services. It does not work like Paypal that is for you to buy goods and products.

So they always hamper transactions that look like buying products because they do not have an arbitrage or dispute method between people like PayPal.

Unfortunately, it is difficult to even send from Payoneer to Paypal or Venno. Even more for a cryptos exchange.

In their Terms&Conditions it is no allowed to trade cryptocurrencies using Payoneer but that doesn't mean you cannot do it. There are a few websites that still offer this service of exchanging you crypto for Payoneer but the Payoneer transaction is made without any information about being related with cryptocurrencies. That's how they proceed with PayPal so I guess here is the same process. So basically you are lying to Payoneer about the real purpose of your transaction. You account could anytime be locked for a suspicious transaction and you can't prove anything so it will remain that way so better don't try. There are other methods to exchange crypto to cash, like Skrill or Neteller.
