File --> Save Copy - How to restore from this file?

I have my file that I saved from doing File --> Save Copy in Electrum.

I am under the impression this contains the seed and private keys. If so what is the standard process to restore this wallet on a new computer?

All I can find is info on how to manually key in the seed..

You can make a shortcut like this:

electrum.exe -w c:\path\to\wallet\file
