The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

My processing speed keeps pretty constant between 62,000-66,000 khash/s, but on my account page the hashrate is showing as between 40-50 MH/s. Is there a problem with the calculation or is there something else i'm not taking into account?
The stats page hashrate is calculated by the number of valid shares in x amount of time. This can vary from share to share, as interblock difficulties swing. It may be affected by your network speed.

Heh! I didn't see the new page full of posts! Tongue

Send me a pm with your username & your payout method.

Also, automatic payouts are hourly, so if you just changed it, it won't dump it immediately.

nah, just the brief outage. Wink Just everything coming back online

On that note, just purchased another hosted machine. Double the capacity, and I'll be using the old one for failover.

SC, can you enable having the same user logged in from multiple computers? I like to be able to see stats on my phone when I'm away and also at my rig when I'm using it.

unfortunately no. the security in place ties your cookie to your ip to prevent someone spoofing your account.

However, you can monitor your account using the json api. that won't affect your login.

Ok, thanks. The one thing about the JSON API is that it doesn't show the est. earnings and round shares (the two things that I look at)

Is the cookie tied to my external or internal IP?

Interesting, both my phone and PC are connected to the same network (same external IP) yet I can only have one logged in at a time.

So throughput according to my simplecoin account is drastically either:

A. Underaccounted by the pool itself

or

B. Underreported by the accounting software.

POCLBM console never dips below 375 Mhps.

Simplecoin.us first update showed 315 Mhps. Second update showed 301 Mhps.

Aggregate Ghps for pool also seems to fluctuate wildly, although in a small pool, that seems not unreasonable..

SC, what's the deal here?
